Complaints are a formal notice to a regulatory agency about an unwanted call from a telemarketer or debt collector. In the United States, they are sent to the Federal Trade Commission's (FTC) DO NOT CALL registry.
To create a complaint from the Home screen, press and hold your finger on the number you would like to file a complaint against.
From there, select the thumbs down icon that appears in the top menu of the screen.
Next, specify the type of complaint and any additional notes about the complaint, then select Create Complaint to submit your complaint.
